Team and reports

The whole firm at a glance, with access per matter and reports

Everyone sees their own day and their own hours. The administrator sees the whole firm: the work, the billing and who did what.

The home screen in its „Firm“ view: hours per lawyer and billing from work to paid invoices. Illustrative example.

Everyone sees their own work, the administrator the whole firm

The home screen shows your deadlines, hearings, tasks and hours. One switch shows the same screen for the whole firm.

  • Hours per day for you, per lawyer for the firm
  • Billing: to invoice, drafts, unpaid and paid
  • A missed deadline or a matter with no next step stands out at once
The week's hours in ClerkMind: a bar for each day and 25 hours in total. Illustrative example.

Access per matter

Each matter has its own circle of people. A colleague can view or edit, and a matter not shared with them stays out of sight.

  • Two roles: administrator and lawyer
  • Invitation by email, with a profile for everyone
  • A backup for hearings and deadlines
People with access to a matter: the responsible lawyer and a colleague who can edit, and a colleague who can only view. Illustrative example.

A complete history

Who did what and when, on every matter and document. The records can't be changed.

  • New versions, issued invoices and restores from the trash
  • Downloaded documents and every viewing of an ID number
  • Sign-ins with device and IP address
An activity log: a new document version, an issued invoice, a viewed ID number and a restore from the trash, with name and time. Illustrative example.

Questions

What is the difference between a lawyer and an administrator?

A lawyer works on the matters shared with them. An administrator sees all matters, invites colleagues, issues invoices and edits the firm's details.

How does a new colleague get started?

With an email invitation. The guide takes them through the main pages, and a new firm also starts with a complete sample matter to practise on.

Can reports be downloaded later?

Yes. A report is made for the period you choose, at any time.
