Bar tariff
The fee under the Bar tariff, worked out step by step
Choose the procedure, the value and the action. ClerkMind shows the whole calculation, with the tariff article for each step, and carries it to the invoice and the cost statement.
Every step, with its tariff article
The base fee, the additions and the flat rate sit one under the other, each with its article. The calculation updates as you type.
- Civil, criminal, labour, family, administrative and misdemeanour proceedings
- Hours at a hearing, several persons, a foreign element and absence
- The matter remembers the procedure and value for the next action
From the action to the cost statement for court
The matter's charged actions and expenses come together in a cost statement in Word, with the court, the case number and the parties already filled in.
- Every action with its basis in the tariff
- The total, in words too, with VAT when the firm is registered
- You check it and you file it
From the action to the invoice
A charged action waits under „Actions and instalments“ and goes on an invoice like any other item.
- The amount can be changed and reset to the tariff
- Actions worked out by the tariff are marked in the list
- A fee agreement by the tariff works for the whole matter too
Questions
Do I have to charge by the tariff?
No. The calculation is a proposal. You can change the amount, and the tariff amount stays visible for comparison.
Can I use the firm's price list as well?
Yes. Any action can be charged from the firm's price list or by the tariff, or as a fixed fee in instalments or by the hour.
