Subprocessors
Last updated:
These are all the outside services that receive personal data from ClerkMind on behalf of firms. We notify firms' administrators at least 30 days before adding or changing a subprocessor, as the Data Processing Agreement requires.
List

|---|---|---|---|
| Hetzner Online GmbH | Servers, database, document storage and backups | All service data | Germany (Nuremberg), EU |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Protection from attacks and delivery of the website and the app | Traffic in transit. It does not store the content. | USA, global network. Standard contractual clauses. |
| Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) | Sending emails: invitations, password resets, reminders | The recipient's name and email and the message content. Reminders contain a matter's name and number, a hearing date or a task name. | France, EU |
| Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry) | Reports of errors in the app | Technical error data and the user's internal ID. No names, emails or document content. | US company, data in the EU (Germany). Standard contractual clauses. |
What is not a subprocessor
Services that receive no personal data from the app: Better Stack only checks that the service is up, GitHub holds the source code, and a public service gives us the national holidays. Emails to support ([email protected]) are no place for client data, which is why our email is not listed here.
