This notice explains what happens to the personal data you share with us on this website, mainly through the early access form. We have kept it short and plain.
Who is responsible
ClerkMind is responsible for the personal data you give us through this website. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect
When you request early access: your full name, your email address, your firm’s name (if you give it), your firm size and the language of the page you used.
When you visit the site: technical data such as your IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider processes to deliver the pages, keep them secure and filter spam.
Why we collect it
We use your early access details only to contact you about ClerkMind’s early access: to invite you, to ask about your practice, and to tell you when access opens. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or make automated decisions about you.
The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect what we did before you withdrew it. Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
Who processes it for us
- Web3Forms receives the early access form and delivers it to our inbox by email.
- Cloudflare protects this website and its traffic.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page visits without cookies and without identifying you.
Some of this processing may take place outside North Macedonia. Where it does, the transfer is protected by the safeguards the law requires, such as standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
We set one cookie, lang, only when you use the language switch. It stores mk or en so the site opens in your language, and it expires after a year. We use no tracking or advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your early access details until early access has opened and we have invited you, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its processing, or to receive it in a portable format. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within one month.
The law that applies
We process personal data in line with North Macedonia’s Law on Personal Data Protection (Official Gazette no. 42/2020). If you believe we have not, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency (azlp.mk).
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we will publish the new version here and update the date at the top.
