Every matter's documents, with every version, in one place
Each matter and client has its own folders. A new version doesn't delete the old one, paper is scanned with your phone, and a power of attorney writes itself from your data.
Every version, and what was filed
A new version of a filing is added without deleting the old one. Any version can be restored, and the filed one stays marked with its date.

Choose the kind of document and the matter. The AI assistant writes the draft from the client and matter data; you edit it and save it in Word.

Questions
Can I search my documents?
Yes. Search finds documents by name across all folders, and the AI assistant also searches their content, scans and photos included, and shows the page the answer is on.
Can a power of attorney be generated from the data?
Yes. Ask the AI assistant on the matter, and it writes the draft from the client and matter data.
Can I download all the documents?
Yes. Export creates a ZIP with the documents in their folders, a summary PDF, issued invoices and the data as CSV.
