What is ClerkMind?

ClerkMind is practice management software for attorneys and law firms. It keeps cases, clients, documents, hearings and deadlines in one place, and includes an AI assistant that researches the law, reads case documents and drafts documents for the attorney’s review.

When can I start using ClerkMind?

ClerkMind is in private development. Early access opens soon, starting with a small group of firms. Request early access on this page and we will write to you when it opens.

Who is ClerkMind for?

Independent attorneys and law firms of every size, starting in North Macedonia.

Is ClerkMind available in Macedonian?

Yes. ClerkMind is built in Macedonian, with the courts, court acts and procedural terms Macedonian attorneys work with every day.

Does the AI replace the attorney?

No. The AI assistant handles research, summaries and first drafts. Legal judgment and the final word stay with the attorney.

How does the AI assistant show its sources?

Every legal answer cites the law and the article it relies on, and answers about a case point to the case documents they come from, so you can check each one.

Is client data safe in ClerkMind?

Your documents are never used to train AI models, and all data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Does ClerkMind work with my calendar?

Yes. Hearings and deadlines can appear in Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar through a private subscription link that updates on its own.

Can I take my data with me?

Yes. You can export a whole case as a ZIP file: its documents in their folders, a summary PDF and the complete data as JSON or CSV.
