Deadlines and hearings
One calendar for the whole firm's hearings and deadlines
Hearings, deadlines and meetings sit in one calendar with North Macedonia's holidays. The deadline from a court document is proposed for you, and reminders reach you and your backup.
The deadline is proposed as you record the document
Drop in the court's PDF and the date of service. ClerkMind proposes the last day, and you confirm it.
- Judgment, decision, lawsuit, payment order, indictment
- A deadline falling on a weekend or holiday moves to a working day
- The document is stored, locked, in the matter's „Court documents“ folder
Reminders that don't depend on one person
Before every hearing and deadline, a reminder arrives in the app and by email. If the responsible lawyer doesn't confirm it, the backup is notified.
- Hearings: one day and two hours before
- Deadlines: seven, three and one day before, and that morning
- Each lawyer sets their own timing
Your schedule on your phone too
A private link puts the calendar in Google, Outlook or Apple. A hearing that moves in ClerkMind moves there too.
- Court, courtroom and judge next to every hearing
- Client meetings, notary and enforcement-agent appointments in the same calendar
- The week's agenda prints as a PDF
Questions
Does ClerkMind set the deadline for me?
No. The proposal shows the rule it started from, and the deadline is saved only once a lawyer confirms or changes it.
Is ClerkMind connected to e-delivery?
No. You drop the document downloaded from e-delivery into ClerkMind yourself; from there the proposed deadline is automatic.
Who sees the schedule?
Colleagues the matter is shared with. The administrator sees the whole firm's schedule.
