AI legal assistant
An AI legal assistant that works from your matter's documents
Ask in Macedonian, in your own words. The assistant finds the provisions, reads the documents in the matter and prepares a draft, always with sources you can check.
Research and the first draft, faster
The first part of every filing is the same: find the provision, read the documents, build the skeleton. The assistant prepares that part, and the legal judgment stays with you.
The usual wayProvisions are hunted down through consolidated texts and legal portals, article by article.
With ClerkMindThe assistant finds the provisions that apply and cites the act and article, so you can open and check them.
The usual wayA long document is read from the start to find one detail.
With ClerkMindThe assistant reads the document in the matter, summarises it and answers specific questions about it, pointing to where the answer comes from.
The usual wayA draft starts from an old filing in Word, with names and dates retyped.
With ClerkMindThe draft is built from facts already in the matter: the parties, the court, the case number and the dates.
The usual wayAfter every judgment, the letter explaining it to the client is written from scratch.
With ClerkMindFrom the summary of the judgment, the assistant drafts a letter to the client in plain language, which you review and send.
What the assistant does
Three kinds of work, all on the matter you have open.
Researches the law
Ask the way you would ask a colleague. The assistant finds the provisions that apply and cites the act and article in its answer, so every statement can be checked.
Reads the documents
It reads the documents in the matter, summarises long ones and answers questions about them: what the claimant asks for, which evidence was proposed, when service took place.
Prepares drafts
It drafts lawsuits, appeals, contracts and letters from the facts in the matter. You edit and check the draft and use it as a starting point, not as a finished filing.
Letters to clients
Clients want to know what a judgment means and what comes next. The assistant drafts a plain-language letter from the documents in the matter, and you refine it and send it.
A source for every answer
Legal answers cite the act and article, and answers about the matter point to the documents they come from. Open the source and check it before using the answer.
How you work with the assistant
Open the matter
The assistant works in the context of the matter: its parties, court, deadlines and documents.
Ask, or request a draft
Ask a question, request a summary of a document or a draft filing, in Macedonian and in your own words.
Check and decide
Open the sources, edit the draft and decide what to use. Responsibility for the filing rests with the lawyer.
An assistant for Macedonian law
- Questions and answers are in Macedonian, with the legal vocabulary of Macedonian practice.
- Sources are Macedonian legislation, cited by act and article.
- Drafts use details already in the matter: the parties, the court, the court case number and the dates.
- Your documents are never used to train AI models.
Questions about the AI assistant
Does the AI assistant replace the lawyer?
No. The assistant takes on part of the research, summaries and first drafts. The legal assessment, checking the sources and the final word belong to the lawyer, who is responsible for every filing.
How do I know an answer is correct?
Every legal answer cites the act and article, and answers about the matter point to the documents they come from. Open the source and check it before using it. The assistant's answer is help, not a legal opinion.
Are my documents used to train AI?
No. The firm's documents are never used to train AI models. This is also set out in the Terms of Service.
What drafts can it prepare?
Lawsuits, appeals, contracts and letters, based on the facts in the matter. A draft is a starting point that you edit and check, not a finished filing.
Does the assistant file anything with the court or write to the client?
No. The assistant prepares drafts and answers inside the app. What is filed with the court or sent to the client is decided and done by the lawyer.
Can I ask about a specific document in the matter?
Yes. Ask for a summary of a particular document or a specific question about it, such as which evidence was proposed or when service took place, and the answer points to the place in the document.
Which language does the assistant work in?
Macedonian. Ask in your own words, and the answers and drafts come in Macedonian, with Macedonian legal terminology.
